This uniquely shaped Baobab tree was the first in my series of five Baobab tree drawings. I loved how the shadows from the branches fell down the tree trunk in the photograph reference I used for this drawing
- Scientific name: Adansonia gregorii
- Found in hot, dry savannas around Sub Saharan Africa
- They are also known as upside-down trees because of the fact that their branches look just like the roots
All prints are individually signed by the artist. They are mounted with a black core mount-board and a solid backing board and are therefore ready to be framed. A bright white Colotech+ paper is used and the inks are archival. Picture sizes include the mount board.
